Subhash C Khuntia

Subhash Chandra Khuntia retired as Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka. He served as Secretary to Government of India in the Department of School Education and Literacy in the Ministry of Human Resource Development. He is an IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officer of the 1981 batch. He has a PhD in Economics, MTech in Computer Science, MSc in Physics, MA in Sociology and LLB. He studied at IIT Kanpur and London School of Economics. He is deeply interested in the arts and literature.
