We invite you to join us for an exciting evening of music with contemporary fusion music band Indian Ocean and singer Shubha Mudgal. India Foundation for the Arts has entered its 20th year of grant making and we urge you to be part of the celebrations and support us. 

 

Indian Ocean, established in the 90s, is one of the foremost rock bands in the country. Their unique sound integrates genres of classical rock, jazz, fusion and a bit of folk thrown in has earned them followers across generations. 

 

Shubha Mudgal, a trained classical singer, has performed widely across the country and abroad. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Padma Shri from the Government of India in the year 2000. She has also been recognised for her role as a composer.
