- Seminars: The State Level Seminar conducted in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) was attended by a good number of senior and junior state officials, government school teachers and the artist community. The keynote address was followed by two panels and a short skit by a student group from the Kali Kalisu community had a footfall of 200 delegates through the day. UNICEF representative appreciated the unprecedented democratic representation of teachers, facilitators; state-recognised theoreticians and administrators on a single platform.
- Exposure Visit: This year, 40 government school teachers were accompanied by IFA staff to Kerala. As a result of the midterm review with Goethe-Institute/ Max Mueller Bhavan, it was suggested that our teachers experience the Kochi-Muziris Biennale over three days towards the end of January 2015, which turned out be an exciting expedition.
